Managing your fixed assets properly can save you time and money. It's harder to lose or misplace assets when your system tracks every asset's history and exact location or user. Without a system in place, you might easily to lose fixed assets.

There's no limit. Unlike many other asset tracking services, Seleam doesn't limit the number of users who can use the system. We also don't limit the number of concurrent users.

Administrators can login to their accounts by web browser or APP (iOS and Android).
First, system settings
Login to Seleam and find System Setting. There are four menus here. You need to add organization(company/department), employee info, system users and system roles.
Organization: Admins can add company and department here. There can be multiple companies or departments here. companies or departments here.
Employee Info: Users can add employee information one by one or by batch importing.
System role is setup for common administrators to have menu permission. E.g. User A can only have check-out permission,just select that menu and assign to user A. Create a role name, select certain menu, authorize several menu to the role and assign the role to relative users(admins). permission. E.g. System users: There can be more multiple users(admin), while there can be only one super-admin. Super-admin can set data permission for common admin. E.g. Second Step: Fixed Asset Setting
Assets Category: Add or import Asset Category here. Support multiple sub-category.
Area Settings: Add or import Area here. E.g. South China.
Assets Tag Settings: There are several Asset Tag template to choose, with barcode or QR code. Users can setup label size here and select assets to print asset tag with PDF format.
Assets Barcode Rule: There are several fields to select for setting up assets barcode rule. E.g.: Owner-company code+asset category code+purchase date.
General Setting: for setting warranty due date reminding and return due date reminding.
Assets register is for users to add or import fixed assets to Seleam system. Then the assets can be managed or audited. For example, if you purchased dozens of computer, you add computer’s information one by one, or you can batch import them to our system.
Check-out is for a new employee arrives , he or she needs to apply a computer for a long time using.
Check-in is for receiving assets that are currently included in a check-out transaction to a staff. For example, the employee check-in his assets after dimission. After the asset is checked-in, it can be checked-out to other employee. Admin just add a check-in document to record this process.
Borrow/return is used for a short-time occupying of the assets. For example, a employee need to borrow a camera for one week. Admin then create borrow document. And create return document when he returns this camera.
Asset Transfer is used for different admins to transfer fixed assets. If only the admin of this assets is updated, assets transfer can be done. Assets transferred from admin A to admin B: Admin A login to A’s account and create transfer document and assign to admin B. Admin B login to B’s account and confirm this transfer.
Mass Update is used for users to batch update assets info. If the assets information need to be updated,users can mass update to quick update dozens of assets information.
Finance info change is only used for modifying owner-company and amount of the assets. Other assets info change can be done on mass update menu.
Repair Register is for admin to record assets repair. If the repair is done, then modify the repair status to finished.
Disposal is for admin to dispose assets when they are out of service(not in service life). E.g. The service life of a computer is 5 years. It shall be disposed 5 years after it’s purchasing date.
Step 1, Register or import your fixed assets in Seleam system.
Step 2, Print labels (with QR code or Bar-code) and paste them on relevant fixed assets.
Step 3, Download Seleam App and login to admin account.
Step 4, Create Assets Audit Document on PC/APP and assign to relevant admin.
Step 5, Open audit document on APP and scan barcode or QR code on assets label to audit.
Step 6, After scanning, if there is no update, save and scan the next asset. If there is any update, modify and save before scanning the next asset. Submit audit result on APP. Multiple users can audit assets on app synchronously.
Step 7, Login to account on PC and submit audit result on PC, and audit report will be generated automatically.
In assets report from Seleam, users can view diverse assets reports from multiple dimension. There are: Assets Lists, Assets History, Assets by Category, Assets by Company/Department, Assets by Status, Monthly Add Assets, Expired Assets, Depreciation Reports, Disposed Assets, Category Changes Report, Warranty Due Report, Employee Assets List, Idle Assets Share,etc.
